Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, prepaid packages, or gift cards.

Prepaid packages and gift cards must be used within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused services remaining after this period will expire and will not be eligible for extension or refund.

By purchasing services, packages, or gift cards, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Cacellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hrs before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $20.To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
